摘要
目的 报道颅底肿瘤显微外科手术治疗的临床疗效。 方法 回顾分析显微外科手术治疗颅底肿瘤 2 6例的临床特点和总结手术体会。 结果 2 6例颅底肿瘤中 ,手术全切除 2 2例 ,次全切除4例 ,死亡 2例。术后随访到 2 4例 ,脑神经损害或症状加重 3例 ,其余病例全部好转或痊愈。全切除的病例术后 3～ 6个月及 1年复查 MRI均未见肿瘤复发。 结论 眶上入路和眶颅颧入路是前、中颅底肿瘤较理想的手术径路 ,颅中、后窝肿瘤的手术治疗应把经岩骨乙状窦前入路作为主要选择 。
Objective To report the microsurgery treatment of 26 cases base skull tumor Methods To retrospetive analyze the clinic characteration and operating experience of microsurgery treatment of base skull tumors Results In 26 cases,22 cases obtained total removal of tumor,4 cases obtained subtotal removal,there were 2 cases death Twerty four cases were fellow up,only 3 cases presented nerve damage system or the nerve damage aggravation,the other obtain good results Conclusions Supraorbital approach and cranio orbital zygomatic approach are more perfect operating approach of front and middle base skull tumors
