摘要
目的 探讨脑室肿瘤外科手术时的病灶及周围结构的定位和报道显微手术的临床效果。 方法 通过导航系统辅助下显微外科手术治疗脑室肿瘤 15例 ,其中侧脑室肿瘤 9例 ,第三脑室肿瘤4例 ,第四脑室肿瘤 2例。术后进行随访和分析。 结果 15例定位准确 ,肿瘤全切除 12例 ,次全切除3例 ,无明显的并发症发生 ,无死亡。 结论 导航系统辅助下显微外科手术能有效地减低手术的创伤 ,能最大限度地切除肿瘤 ,术后恢复快 。
Objective To discuss the location methods of the intraventricular lesions and its adjacent structures during operation,and reported the clinic results of our group with microsurgical techniques Methods The author follow upped and analyzed the series of patients with intraventricular tumors treated with microneurosurgical techniques assisted by the surgical microscope navigation (SMN) There were 15 cases in this series (tumors in 9 cases was in the lateral ventricle,4 in the third ventricle,and 2 in the fourth ventricle) Results In all of 15 cases,there were 12 casses with total resection,3 with subtotal resection There was no mortality or obvious complications in this series Conclusions The application of the system of microneurosurgical techniques assisted by SMN during operation could aid that the intraventricular tumors were removed in the maximum degree with minimally invasive,and improve their clinic results of these cases
