摘要
目的 报告20例超声引导经皮微波凝固治疗原发性肝癌的观察及护理体会。方法 根据微波 凝固治疗的特点和要求，提出了治疗前的准备、治疗中的观察及治疗后的护理。结果 20例 病人1～2周B超显示肿块血流信号消失，增强CT检查无强化，AFP2～4周明显下降，无因护理 不当并发症。结论 超声引导经皮微波穿刺凝固类球体原位灭活治疗肝癌方法简单、安 全，治疗效果确切，做好治疗前、治疗中、治疗后的护理，不失为肝癌治疗的又一新手段。
： Objective The observation and nursing experience that micro wave coagulative therapy treated the primary liver cancer in 20 cases.Methods A ccording to the therapeutic characteristics and conditions of microwave coagulat ion,we suggest the preparation before treatment the observation in treatment and the nursing after treatment.Result The B-mood ultrasound imagination showed th at the blood flow signal disappeared after 1～2 weeks in all of the 20 cases.CT examination by contrast enhancement revealed no increase imagenation.AFP valure decreased obviously after 2～4 weeks.There were no complications due to inproper nursing.Conclusion The therapy which microwave coagulaters the analogous globu lar focus and destroies the primary location of liver cancer is convenient,safe, and easy to operate.The therapeutic effects are definite.Should the nursing be a ppropriate and correct in the whole process of treatment,it may be a new way to treat the primary liver cancer. =
