中国加入WTO后对四川茶叶发展的思考 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国加入世贸组织多边谈判的进展 ,中国成为WTO成员国已指日可待。加入WTO不仅给中国茶叶经济带来机遇 ,也使中国茶叶经济面临严峻的挑战。由于四川茶类丰富 ,加入WTO后 ,四川茶叶在国际市场上的机遇多于挑战。但四川茶叶发展中现有的突出问题 ,使川茶在国内市场的地位受到挑战。在机遇与挑战面前 ,四川茶叶必须扬长避短 ,走具有四川特色的发展道路。首先是加大以“三抗性”为产量基础的高香、高机能营养成分含量的特色品种的选育和推广 ;其次是大力发展有机茶 ,为四川茶叶生产提供新的增长点 ;第三是运用经济学比较利益原理 ,加强对茶业经济的研究 ;最后是用国际标准来规范茶叶生产 。 With the development of the multilateral negotiations between China and other WTO members, the days for China becoming a WTO member will not be long. China's entry into the WTO will bring opportunities and also severe challenges to China's tea industry. Sichuan is rich in tea resources. So after China's entry into the WTO, Sichuan tea will gain more opportunities than challenges in the overseas market. But remarkable problems existing in the process of Sichuan tea development make Sichuan tea be faced with challeng by the peers in home. Facing opportunities as well as challenges, Sichuan tea will have to make full use of its advantages and avoid its disadvantages. To exploit a way with distinctive Sichuan features, firstly, it needs to select and popularize varieties with heavy fragrance flavor and high nutritional components on the basis of three resistances; secondly, it needs to devote major efforts to developing non polluted tea so as to provide a new increase point for tea production in Sichuan; thirdly, it needs to strengthen the studies on the tea industry with comparative profit principle of economics; and last, it needs to regulate tea production with international standards to ensure the sustainable and high level development in Sichuan tea industry.
