摘要
本文对四川茶叶主产区的53只商品茶样进行了矿质元素含量分析。初步探明了四川茶叶中矿质元素的含量与含量特点,不同产地、茶类茶叶之间矿质元素含量的差别。档次、级别高,品质好的茶叶,其Zn、P、K、Ni、Cu元素含量高,Mn、Al、Ca、Ba元素含量低;档次、级别低,品质差的茶叶,则与之相反。
In this study, the mineral elements content of 53 tea samples which collected from principal Produced areas in sichuan were analysed. The first results showed that the elements content of tea were variant with difference in prodcued area and kind.The higher the grade of tea was and the better the quality of tea was. The higher contents of Zn, P, K, Ni.Cu were.The less the contents of Mn, Al?Ca, Ba were. Conversely the less contents of Zn, P, K, Ni, Cu were and the higher contents of Mn, A1, Ca, Ba were.
