摘要
本文以香蕉为原料,研制出了外观饱满、透明、元褐变的低糖果脯。并对其耐贮性进行了初步探讨。
The paper was made to produce the full, transparont, non-browning,low-sugar presorved banana and inquired tontatively it's storage property.
