摘要
目的 观察人红细胞抗高血压因子 (AHF)的降压作用 ,并探讨其可能的作用机理。方法 大鼠颈动脉插管法。结果 静脉注入AHF可使大鼠的血压明显降低 ,AHF的降压作用呈剂量依赖性。
We observe the depressive effect of antihypertensive factor(AHF) from normal human beings' erythrocytes and discuss its mechanism The result shows that given AHF(83 3mg/kg) a constant infusion The Systolic arterial pressure(SAP), diastolic arterial pressure(DAP) and mean arterial pressure(MAP) of the rats notably decreased( P <0 01),heart rate(HR) notably increased( P <0 01),the depressive effect tend to be dose dependent
