摘要
综述了土壤、空气、水和培养料中的Hg ,Pb ,Ag ,Cd ,Zn等重金属元素在食用菌栽培中的富集情况 ,以及食用菌自身对重金属元素富集的性能 。
A summary is goven of the research on the accumulation of heavy metals,such as Mercury(Hg),Lead(Pb),Silver(Ag),Cadmium(Cd) and Zinc(Zn) from soil,air,water and cultivated medium,in edible fungi.The enriching characteristics were also discussed.While the corresponding methods were presented to get rid of the heavy metals enriched in edibe fungi.
