摘要
本文报告上尿路结石并肾钙乳10例,并就肾钙乳的机理、诊断和治疗问题进行了探讨。结果显示,1例进行了输尿管切开取石术,2例进行了肾盂切开取石术,7例进行肾切除术。肾钙乳多并发于上尿路结石,对肾脏功能具有很大的破坏性。其主要特点为:微细的含钙粒子呈混悬状态存留于肾盏憩室、肾囊肿或积水的肾盏内,由于比重有差异,钙乳可随体位变化而变动。提示,当上尿路结石并发肾钙乳时,说明肾功能损害比较严重,要加以重视。X线照片对诊断肾钙乳起着决定性的作用。
10 cases of upper urinary calculus and milk of calicium renal stone are used to investigate the mechanism, diagnosis and treatment of milk o{ calcium renal stone. Results showed that 1 case underwent ureterolithotomy,2 cases underwent nephropyelolithotomy, and 7 cases underwent nephrectomy. Milk of calcium renal stone often occurse as an inter-current disease of upper urinary track calculus . And it will injure renal function greatly, Its maincharacters are that, tiny calcic panicles are suspended in calyceal diverticulum or pyelogenic renal cyst. Because of the difference of specific gravity, its state will be different between patients who are sleeping or standing when taken roentgenogram. It is suggested that when milk of calcium renal stone occures as an intercurrent disease of upper urinary tract calculus , it means that renal function is injured badly, and attention should be payed to it. The roentgenlgram is a crucial factor in diagnosis of milk of calcium renal stone.
