摘要
目的 为了解灭滴灵治疗口腔感染的疗效。方法 采用 0 .5 %灭滴灵溶液为漱口液进行口腔护理 ,并与常规的朵贝尔氏液及 3%双氧水进行比较。结果 灭滴灵漱口液的临床效果明显优于朵贝尔氏液及 3%双氧水 ,P <0 .0 1。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of metronidazole in the treatment of oral infection.Methods 0.5% metronidazole gargle was applied in oral nursing. Routine Dobell's solution and 3% hydrogen peroxide solution were used as controls. The curative effects among them were compared.Results Metronidazole gargle rendered significant curative effects in oral nursing, compared with those of Dobell's solution and hydrogen peroxide solution ( P <0.05).ConclusionMetronidazole gargle deserves extensive use in oral nursing clinically.
