摘要
目的 观察复方参果液对半乳糖性白内障形成的抑制作用及其机理。方法 选用经半乳糖诱发白内障的 40日龄Wistar大鼠以灌胃给药 30天。用裂隙灯观察记录晶状体混浊度的变化。治疗结束后进行晶状体蛋白相关酶活性测定。结果 经复方参果液治疗的大鼠半乳糖性白内障核混浊率降低 ,晶状体的透明率提高。晶状体蛋白CAT和SOD活性升高 ,并基本恢复到正常水平。结论 复方参果液具有抑制实验性半乳糖性白内障形成的作用。这一作用可能与提高半乳糖性白内障大鼠晶状体蛋白抗氧化损伤能力有关。
OBJECTIVE To observe the inhibition effect of compound liquid of ginseng fruit on formation of galactose-cataract and its mechanism METHODS Wistar rats at the 40 days old were induced cataract with galactose and treated with fufang shenguo liquid for 30 days Degree of turbidityof lens was examined by slit-lamp microscope and the change of them was recorded Activity of related enzymes of crystal proteins was detected after the treatment RESULTS Ratio of nuclear turbidity of the galactose-cataract was lower in the treated rats with compound liquid of ginseng fruit, and the ration of clear lens was advance Activity of CAT and SOD were higher, and improved to norml level on the whole in the crystallin CONCLUSION Compound liquid of ginseng fruit could inhibit formation of galactose-cataract This effect may be relative to improvement of activity of antioxidation damages in the lens of rats with galactose-cataract
