摘要
本文观察了经筛选出的黄芩、石斛、菟丝子及玉蝴蝶对大鼠半乳糖性白内障的影响。结果表明,这四种中草药对半乳糖性白内障不仅有延缓作用,其保持透明晶状体的百分率分别为:50％、36.8％、33.3％及28.6％,而且也有一定的治疗作用。其作用效果依次为黄芩>石斛>菟丝子>玉蝴蝶。
The effects of four Chinese medicinal herbs on cataractogenesis induced by galactose were investi-gated. Results indicated that Scutellaria baicalensis G., Dendrobium nobile Lindl, Cuscuta chinensisLam and Oroxyleum indicum Vent not only could reduce the rate of cataractogenesis induced bygalactose, keeping 50.0%, 36.8%, 33.3% and 28.6% lenses clear respectively, but also showedtherapeutic effects.
