摘要
混合输入型机构的输入包括实时不可控电机输入和实时可控电机输入。不可控电机提供主要的动力 ,实时可控电机则起运动调节作用 .本文研究了这种机构的尺度分析 ,并以混合调速。
A hybrid machine is a device that is capable of generating a range of programmable, non-uniform motions. The machine is driven by two motors. A constant velocity motor provides the majority of the power to the machine, while a servo motor acts as a low torque modulating device. The two motors transmit power to an output member via a two degree-of-freedom mechanism. The motion of the servo motor is controlled in such a way that the output member is driven with a user-specified motion. In the paper, something about the mechanism such as dimension analysis, speed generation, path generation and tuning of hybrid inputs has been studied, and some practical uses are introduced.
