摘要
建立了与限位器碰摩的转子动力学方程,用数值积分方法得到了碰摩非线性动力响应。分析中考虑了陀螺效应,采用分段线弹性和库仑摩擦模型描述碰摩力。研究双频进动、局部碰摩、拟整圈碰摩和整圈碰摩的振动特征。讨论了不平衡量和激振力幅度变化对碰摩振动形式和特征的影响,并给出碰摩振动试验结果,以验证数值分析结论。
The nonlinear rigid rotor model with four degrees of freedom is constructed to study the rotor/stop rubbing vibration. Numerical integration method is used to extract the forced response of the rotor excited both by the unbalance and the low frequency excitation. The analysis on the rubbing contact ratio and the frequency spectrum of the vibration reveals the characters of the double-frequency precession, the partial rubbing, the quasi-full rubbing and the full rubbing. Both the numerical simulation and the experiments on the rotor/stop rubbing conclude that the increasing of the low-frequency excitation does not cause the full rubbing between the stop and the rotor with small unbalance. But the rising of the excitation makes the quasi-full rubbing turn into full rubbing under middle unbalances and makes the partial rubbing fall into full rubbing under large unbalances.
