摘要
为设计合适的位移限制器以限制转子的大幅度进动,需要研究作大幅度进动的转子与限制器碰摩时的动力行为。建立了大幅度进动转子与位移限制器碰摩的动力学运动方程,并用数值积分方法得到了碰摩过程非线性动力响应。分析中采用分段线弹性模型描述带有位移限制器对转子的弹性回复力。设计试验装置实现了激振转子作大幅度进动并与位移限制器碰撞、摩擦的试验。测试结果与理论分析吻合较好,表明采用的转子支承系统瞬态动力学模型及数值方法在分析碰摩转子非线性响应中的有效性。
The dynamics equations of the rotor which does precession roughly enough to rub with the displacement stopper in the support are established. The numerical integration algorithm is used to calculate the nonlinear dynamic response of the rotor. Piecewise linear spring mode and proportional viscous damping mode are used to describe the support force of the stopper when the rotor contacts with it. Experimental instrument is constructed to study the transient response of the rotor bearing system which has rub and impact between the rotor and the stopper. The experimental results are well coincident with the theoretical analysis and calculation, which shows that the dynamics model to investigate the transient response of the rotor bearing system with nonlinear spring and the numerical method are very useful.
