摘要
作者通过 ELISA 方法测定了重组质粒 pMG611在不同宿主和培养条件下,K99和 F41菌毛抗原的表达水平。研究结果表明重组质粒 pMG61Ⅰ在 HB101和 RRI 宿主菌中较在 C600宿主菌中表达更多的 K99和 F41菌毛抗原。对于培养基、温度和丙氨酸对两种菌毛抗原表达的影响也做了探讨。
The expressin levels of K99 and F41 fimbriae antigens of recombinant plasmid pMG611 in the different hosts and under the different,incubation con- ditions had been measured by ELISA.The resuits have indicated that recombin- ant plasmid pMG611-harboring strains HB101(pMG611) and RRI(pMG611) produed more fimbriae antigens than that of C600(pMG611).The effects of the media,temperatures and alanine on the expression had also been studied.
