摘要
作者报道以纯化的产毒大肠杆菌菌毛F_(41)抗原,利用杂交瘤技术获得5株高滴度的抗F_(41)抗原的单克隆抗体,经鉴定1F6,2C5,3B6为IgG_1 1H5,4E11为IgM。腹水抗体效价达10^(-6),通过免疫扩散,免疫印迹法及固相菌体ELISA试验证实,5株单克隆抗体均为针对产毒大肠杆菌菌毛F_(41)抗原的特异性抗体;红血球凝集抑制及肠上皮细胞粘附阻断试验证明1F6,2C5,3B6具有生物学活性,1H5,4E11无生物学活性。
Hybridoma cell lines which secrete anti-F41 (enterotoxigenic E. coli pili antigen) monoclonal antibodies are represented The 1F6,2C5,3B6 nxmoclonal antibodies belong to IgG1 and the 1H5, 4E11 belong to IgM. The titer of ascitic fluid reaches 10-6. The monodonal antibodies were examined as a specific antibody by ELISA, IFA, Ouchterlony method and Immuno - blot 1F6,2C5,3B6 monoclonal antibodies have biological activity proved with hemagglutination inhibition test and inhibition test of F41 bacteria adhering to epithelial enterocytes. 1H5, 4E11 monodonal antibodies have no biological activity.
