摘要
分析了UsterAFIS纤维测试仪的功能 ,并运用UsterAFIS纤维测试仪的长度检测功能对纺纱过程中半制品的质量进行了测试 ,为纺纱工艺参数的科学配置 。
The function of USTER AFis length tester is analysed. The quality of semi finished products during spinning processing can be tested using the length testing function of USTER AFIS, giving the foundation of the scientific configuration of proper process parameters, of machine maintaining in fast and exact way and of improving the products quality.
