摘要
评述了棉纤维成熟度差异 ,尤其是未成熟棉纤维含量对棉纤维染色性差异起着关键作用 ,而马克隆值并不能很好地反映棉纤维的成熟度 ,介绍了USTERAFIS纤维测试系统测试棉纤维成熟度、细度、未成熟纤维含量等指标的方法 ,并探讨了未成熟纤维含量与成纱质量及染色性能之间的关系。
This paper deliberated the key action of cotton fibre maturity difference especially immature cotton fibre content on cotton fibre dyeability difference,the micronaire value couldn't reflect the maturity of cotton fibre bestly.This paper introduced the method on testing the targets of maturity and fineness of cotton fibre and immature cotton fibre content with Uster Afis fibre testing system,and discussed the relations between immature cotton fibre content and yarn quality & dyeing behavior.
