摘要
目的 :分析斯氏肺吸虫幼虫和成虫排泄分泌抗原 (ES -Ag)的分子生物学特性 ,有利于提高免疫诊断方法的敏感性和特异性。方法 :采用SDS -PAGE分析斯氏肺吸虫幼虫和成虫排泄分泌抗原。结果 :斯氏肺吸虫幼虫排泄分泌抗原在 2 4~ 6 0KD之间可见 4条显色带 ,其中 2 4KD为主带 ,成虫排泄分泌抗原在 2 0~ 6 0KD之间可见 5条显色带 ,其中 2 0KD和 32KD为主带。结论 :斯氏肺吸虫幼虫和成虫排泄分泌抗原共有的主区带为 2 0KD。
Objective: To analyse the excretory-secretory antigens of Pagumogonimus Skrjabini Pre-adult and adult worms.Methods:By SDS-PAGE. Results: The excretory-secretory antigens of P. skrjabini pre-adult worms were separated into 4 bands between 24KD and 60KD, with 24KD being the main components. 5 bands between 20KD and 60KD were separated from the ES-Ag of adult worms of P.skrjabini, with 20KD and 32KD being the main components. Conclusion: The results indicate that 20KD components are the common components in pre-adult worm soluble antigens and excretory-secretory antigens of adult worms of P.skrjabini.
