五种吸虫抗原组分分析及其免疫反应性的研究 被引量:5

摘要 应用SDS-PAGE和ELIB技术分析了五种吸虫可溶性抗原的蛋白组分及其与病人血清、动物血清的免疫印渍反应。根据Dorzok方法制备卫氏并殖吸虫、斯氏狸殖吸虫、三平正并殖吸虫、华支睾吸虫和姜片虫的成虫可溶性抗原。上述抗原的蛋白区带数分别为16、13、14、27和26条。酶联免疫印渍法(ELIB)表明卫氏并殖吸虫抗原中有9条主要蛋白区带能与并殖吸虫病人血清中的特异抗体结合,其中67kD和80kD成分具有诊断及考核并殖吸虫病防治效果的意义。 The protein components of soluble antigens in five species of trematode were ana-lyzed by SDS-pAGE,and the antigenic protein, were characterized by enzyme-linked-im-munoblot technique(ELIB)with sera from patients and animals after infection or immunization.According to the method described by Dorzok,the adult worm soluble antigens of Paragonimuswestermani(PWA),Pagumogonimus skrjabini(PSA),Euparagonimus cenocopiosus(ECA),Clonorchis sinensis(CSA)and Fasciolopsis buski(FBA)were prepared.The number of proteinbands of above antigens were 16,13,14,27 and 26 respectively.The results of ELIB showed thatthere were 9 main reactive bands when PWA was allowed to react with the sera of paragonimia-sis. Aniong them the 67 kD and 80kD proteins are valuable for diagnosis and evaluation of controlof paragoninuasis,The 65 kD band of CSA and the 135 kD, 75kD bands of FBA also have valuefor serodiagnosis and characterization of functional antigens.
