摘要
目的 :对中药泥胡菜全草化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法 :乙醇及各种溶剂萃取 ,色谱技术分离 ,化学及IR ,MS ,1HNMR等光谱技术鉴定化合物。结果 :从全草中分离到 5个化合物 ,为三十一烷烃 (Ⅰ )、蒲公英甾醇乙酸酯 (Ⅱ )、蒲公英甾醇 (Ⅲ )、β 谷甾醇 (Ⅳ )和豆甾醇 (Ⅴ )。 结论 :化合物Ⅲ ,Ⅴ为首次从该植物中得到。
Objective:To separate and identify the chemical constituents of the whole plant.Method:The compounds were extracted with solvents, isolated by column chromatography and identified by spectroscopic methods, such as IR, MS and 1H NMR.Result:Five compounds were identified as hentriantane Ⅰ, taraxasteryl acetate Ⅱ, taraxasterol Ⅲ, β sitosterol Ⅳ, and stigmasterol Ⅴ.Conclusion: The compounds Ⅲ and Ⅴ were obtained from the plant for the first time.
