介绍应用控制爆破技术进行小断面抗拔桩孔的全断面掘进 ,给出了桩孔开控的控制爆破技术措施、爆破参数和施工方法。工程实践表明 ,控制爆破技术可实现桩孔断面的一次爆破成形 ,所形成的桩孔周壁不产生宏观爆生裂缝 ,其平均日掘进深度达 2 .2~ 2 .3m ,开挖效率是人工法的
The full face tunnelling of small section tensile pile holes can be realized by the controlled blasting technique.The technical measures, blasting parameters and implementation procedure of the controlled blasting used in excavation of pile holes are emphatically introduced in this paper.Through the field blasting experiments, it is found that for the excavating blasting of a small section pile hole with 1.5×1.5 square meters,the daily tunnelling footage reaches 2.2~2.3 m which is 8 itmes higher than the manpower excavation, yetstill the whole section of pile hole forms at once without abvious crack on the surface of the pile hole.
