摘要
计算了用 Ca还原 La2O3生成纯金属 La(3Ca+La2O3+2La+3CaO), La与 Ni反应生成LaNi5合金(La+5Ni=LaNi5)的标准吉布斯自由能和吉布斯自由能变化,以及反应平衡时的钙分压在 1223, 1273, 1323, 1373K温度下制得了 LaNi5合金, XRD鉴定了反应产物的物相,热力学计算说明在 La-Ni系化合物中生成物只能是 LaNi5.
The Gibbs free energy change, the standard Gibbs free energy change, the equilibrium vapor pressure of Ca for the reduction reaction of 3Ca + La2O3 = 2La + 3CaO and the formation of LaNi5 by the reaction of La and Ni, La + 5Ni = LaNi5, were calculated. The LaNi5 powders were prepared experimentally at 1223, 1273, 1323 and 1373 K. XRD analysis confirmed that LaNi5 formed,and the resultant must be LaNi5 in La--Ni system compound. this coincides with results of the thermodynamics calculation.
