摘要
通过对目前国内企业决策支持系统现状的调查与分析 ,指出其存在的主要问题 .以设计实例给出了基于数据仓库的企业营销决策支持系统的框架结构模型和数据仓库的建模技术 .简单地介绍了联机分析处理和数据挖掘技术 .
According to the investigation and analysis of the status quo of enterprise decision support systems at home, the existential main problem was pointed out. Through a practical design example, the frame structural model of enterprise marketing DSS and the modeling techniques of data warehouse were presented. In addition, the online analytical processing (OLAP) and data mining (DM) technologies are briefly introduced in this paper.
