摘要
探讨了知识经济对人才培养的要求 ,分析了心理实验教学的现状与人才培养的差距 ,论述了对心理实验教学进行改革的探索与实践 .
The paper probes into the demand for nurturing the qualified personnel required in the knowledge economy, analyses the differences between present situation of the psychological experiment teaching and cultivating the personnel, expounds exploration and practice made in psychological experiment teaching reforms.
