摘要
住房分配货币化是我国住房制度改革深化的结果 ,也是目前高校住房制度改革的核心 ,高校住房分配货币化改革应从完善公积金制度 ,实行市场配置住房、建全多层次住房供应体系、规范房地产市场、降低商品房销售价格和规范房地产中介服务等几方面入手。
Monetization of the housing distribution is the result of the reform of our housing system,it is also a core of the reform of housing system in colleges and universities.The reforms on it should start with the perfection of the accumulated funds,realizing market housing,amplitying the multi housing service system,normalizing housing market,reducing the price of commercial building and regulating the service of housing intermediation.
