摘要
传统的有杆采油设备具有运行平稳、操作简单、维修相对方便、使用寿命较长等优点 ,得到了广泛的应用 ,但随着科学和技术水平的提高 ,现有的有杆采油方式带来的矛盾日益突出 ,主要是设备在运行过程中系统效率较低 ,井下“三抽设备”故障率较大 ,导致单井投入较大 ,为此对有杆抽油设备完善方向进行探讨。
Because the beam balanced pumping unit having advantages of running equilibrium, easy operation, no maintenance troublesome relatively. Then it is used to crude oil producing generally, but in the cause of science and technology improving, the equipment of beam balance pumping unit has such disadvantages of no method to solve for itself as low system efficiency in the course of the equipment running and the high fault rate.It can make each oil well spend more cost.
