摘要
针对杆式泵应用过程中出现的问题 ,在杆式泵抽油系统优化设计等 6个方面进行了研究和改造 ,解决了泵型优选、抽油机悬点负荷减轻、塑料卡环耐温性能差、无法进行整筒试压、起下过程易卡阻、结蜡严重、油井泵效低等问题 ,提高了适用性和整体使用水平 ,取得了良好的应用效果 。
To aim directly at the problem appeared in applied process of rod pump,six aspects such as optimum design of rod pump's swabbing system are studied and improved.And many problems,such as optimization of pump type,to lighten the hanger load,the low heat resistance of plastics blocking ring,unable to observed pressure in well bore,blocking in making a trip easily,wax precipitation serious and less efficiency of pump,are solved.
