摘要
介绍了调速电动机的结构和调速原理。在出砂油井抽油机上配备调速电动机，利用电动机无级调速的特性优选出砂油井最佳工作参数，建立合理的油井生产压差，既能充分发挥油井的生产潜力，又能控制油井出砂量。经现场７口油井的对比试验，在油井含砂量变化不大的情况下，获得了出砂油井最佳工作参数，由此增加了油井产量，经济效益显著。
The design feature and operation principle of the variable-speed motor are introduced. By installing the variable-speed motor on the pumping unit to optimize the working parameters of sand wells and establishing the rational production pressure differential, the oil production rate can be improved and the sand output can be controlled. By a comparison test of seven oil tveds, under the condition of minor variation of sand content, the optimum working parameters of sand wells are obtained.
