摘要
建立了用反相高效液相色谱测定盐酸阿朴吗啡片剂中盐酸阿朴吗啡含量的方法 .用C18(4 6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5μm)柱 ,甲醇∶0 0 2mol/LKH2 PO4 =6 7∶33(pH =4 6 )的溶液为流动相 ,柱温 35℃时于 2 72nm波长处以外标法测定 .结果表明在 10～ 6 0 μg/mL范围内 ,浓度与峰面积有良好的线性关系 (r=0 9997) .盐酸阿朴吗啡的平均回收率为99 5 6 % ,RSD为 1 0 8% (n =5 ) .最低检测限为
