摘要
报道了一种绿色合成氯甲基二氢黄樟油素的新方法 .1 0 0mol(含量 95 1% ,来自香桂叶油 )二氢黄樟油素、1 40mol(含量 95 % )多聚甲醛和 36 0mL36 %盐酸 ,在 70℃ ,剧烈搅拌 7h ,得到氯甲基二氢黄樟油素 (含量 93 4%以上 ) ,产率 98 6 % .氯甲基化反应产生的废水经过处理可以回收盐酸 ,CODCr降到 72mg/L ,色度降到 40倍 ,pH变为
A “green” route to the synthesis of chloromethyldihydrosafrole [1938 32 5] is reported. Thus, a mixture of 1 00 mol of dihydrosafrole from Cinnamomum Petrophilum Leaves Oil, 1 40 moles of paraformaldehyde and 360ml of 36% hydrochloric acid was stirred for 7 0 hours at 70℃ to give 98 6% yield of chloromethyldihydrosafrole (purity ≥93 4%). 94% of hydrochloric acid can be recovered from the wastewater of chloromethylation reaction by distillation. HCl can be absorbed by the recovered hydrochloric acid to give ≥36% of hydrochloric acid, which can be used to next chloromethylation. After wastewater from the distillation is treated, COD Cr is reduced to 72 mg/L, colority is 40 time, and pH is changed to 9.
