摘要
为减低废水中氨氮的排放浓度,满足地表水水质达标及氨氮总量减排考核指标的要求,以均三甲苯、甲醛和浓盐酸为原料,氯化锌为催化剂,重铬酸钾为氧化剂,通过氯甲基化反应、醇解反应、酯化、交联、聚合反应等,制备了一种丙烯酸酯类交联聚合物,并将其应用于氨氮废水的处理,结果表明此类交联聚合物具有优良的降低、脱除氨氮的性能。
To reduce the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater discharge and meet the standards of surface water and the emission requirements of ammonia nitrogen amounts, a acrylic ester crosslinking polymer was prepared using sym-trimethylbenzene, formaldehyde and concentrated hydrochloric acid as materials, zinc chloride as catalyst, potassium dichromate as oxidant through chloromethylation, alcoholysis, esterification, crosslinking, polymerization reactions, etc. The results showed that this kind of crosslinking polymer can lower and remove ammonia nitrogen efficiently and excellently in wastewater treatment.
