摘要
选用不同熟性和沉降值的 11个小麦品种(系),分两组按 Griffing方法Ⅰ进行 6 × 6完全双列杂交,对沉降值这一重要品质性状的配合力和遗传力进行了研究。同时用来自国内外的60个生产推广品种分析了沉降值与其它农艺性状的相关性。结果表明,河农 2552、93试 6和咸阳大穗3个品种的一般配合力较好,可分别作为早、中、晚熟的优质亲本资源。特殊配合力分析表明,河农2552/咸阳大稳、河农2552/河农2458是较好的杂交组合,后代有较好的优质育种潜力。沉降值的遗传受加性和非加性基因共同作用,但以加性效应为主。广义遗传力与狭义遗传力均较高,分别为79.8%和65.5%。对国内外60个品种的分析表明,沉降值与穗长、小穗数、千粒重、子粒饱满度相关性不明显,与子粒角质率呈极显著正相关。
Studies on combining ability, herilability of sedimentation value, and its correlation with other traits were carried out by using Griffing I method and 71 wheats with differences of sedimentation, maturity and origination. It was found that three varieties, Henong2552, 93shi6 and Xianyangdasui, were with high general combing ability and thus could be used as parents of good quality and early, medium and late maturity respectively. Specific combining ability analysis showed that crosses, Henong2552/Xianyangdasui and Henong2552/Henong2485, might have better breeding potentials for quality improvement. Sedimentation value was controlled by additive and non - additive effects in heredity, but the additive was principal. Higher value of broad - and narrow - sense heritabilities were detected. Correlation analysis indicated that there were no significant relationships between sedimentation and head length, spike number, 1000 seed weight and seed plumpness, but positively significant with seed horniness ratio.
