摘要
要提高师范生综合素质必须自“从教技能培养”入手。文章在深入调查的基础上 ,从教师的能力结构出发 ,概括了生物系近年来在师范生从教技能培养上的基本思路与实践工作 ,并指出了进一步改革应努力的方向。
This paper presents that the training of teaching skill is essential way of improving the comprehensive qualities of students of the teachers college. By carefully investigating and studying the structure of teacher's basic ability,the author summarized the ideas and experiences of reform practice of the Biology department in recent years.And a direction of further reform is proposed.
