摘要
1996年南湖浮游植物现存量 (B)全年平均为 3 549× 1 0 7个 /L ,高峰出现在 8月 (6 0 74× 1 0 7个 /L)和 5月份 (4 797× 1 0 7个 /L) .浮游植物日毛产量 (Pg)、日净产量 (P)与日呼吸强度 (R)全年平均分别为 5 4 3 g/ (m2 ·d) ,2 83 g/ (m2 ·d)和 2 60 g/ (m2 ·d) ,高峰都出现在夏季 .浮游植物P/R值和P/B值全年分别在 0 93~ 2 0 4之间和 0 3 8~ 1 1 0之间变动 .浮游植物叶绿素a含量平均为 4 3 0 μg/L ,浮游植物初级生产力特点表明南湖属于典型的温带城市富营养型湖泊 .
In 1996, the average standing crop of phytoplankton in the Nanhu Lake was 3.549×10 7 个/L,the peaks were found in August (6.074×10 7 个/L) and May (4.797×10 7 个/L). The average daily gross production, daily net production and daily respiration rate of phytoplankton were 5.43 g/(m 2·d), 2.83 g/(m 2·d), 2.60 g/(m 2·d) respectively, their peaks were in summer. Phytoplankton's P/R index (P was daily net production, R daily respiration rate) and P/B index ( P daily net production, B standing crop) altered in the ranges of 0.93~2.04 and 0.38~1.10 respectively. The average content of chlorophyll a in phytoplankton was 43.0 μg/L. The characteristics of phytoplankton primary production showed the Nanhu Lake was a typical urban eutrophic lake in temperate zone.
