摘要
需求侧管理（ＤＳＭ）在一些国家的实施，在节能降耗，减少环境污染方面收到很好的效果。针对北京市负荷率逐年下降，峰谷差急剧拉大，能源效率低等特点，尝试采用需求侧管理解决这一难题，取得很好的效果。实践表明，需求侧管理对供用电双方均有显著的经济效益。需求侧管理在开发低谷电力市场，改善环境，减少污染方面具有显著的效果。针对我国大部分地区负荷率下降快，电力需求增长缓慢的情况，ＤＳＭ将会发挥更大的作用。
Demand Side Management (DSM) has been applied in some countries and some very good results have been got on energy saving, energy efficiency and environment. With the situation of lower load factor, lower energy efficiency in Beijing area. This paper uses DSM to solve the problems and successful results have been achieved. Our experience shows that DSM will produce the benefits to both of power utility and customers, it will be useful on developing off peak power demand and improving environment. DSM will surely be successful on lowering load factor and lowering power demand.
