摘要
峰谷分时电价作为需求侧管理的一种经济手段,其实施效果受多种因素影响。文中从系统和运动的观点出发,分析了各种影响因素的因果关系,构造了由峰谷分时电价结构子系统、用户响应子系统、用电负荷特性子系统、用户满意度子系统、供电利益子系统、发电利益子系统6个子系统构成的峰谷分时电价系统。在此基础上,建立了峰谷分时电价系统动力学模型。最后,通过计算机仿真初步证明了模型的正确性。该模型的建立将为今后峰谷电价政策的制定和实施提供有益的技术支持。
As one of the economical means of demand side management, the implementation effect of peak and valley time price is influenced by various factors. This paper analyzes the eonsequence among the influeneed factors from the system and dynamie viewpoint, and builds a peak and valley time price system consisting of six subsystems, which are peak and valley time structure subsystem, user response subsystem, electricity consumption characteristic subsystem, user satisfaction subsystem, power supply profit subsystem and generation profit subsystem. On this basis, a system dynamic model of peak and valley time price is established. At last, computer simulations preliminarily prove the correctness of the established model. The establishment of the proposed model ean provide the useful technique support for further establishment and implementation of peak and valley time price policies.
