玻璃绝缘子产品的结构高度尺寸 ,是一个非常重要的参数。如果玻璃绝缘子的结构高度超出规定长度 ,那么产品在使用过程中绝缘子串会变长 ,直接影响到输电线路对地的垂直距离 ,给供电部门带来不良的后果 ;如果胶装不到位还会出现强度特性变化的潜在危险。所以在玻璃绝缘子装配完成后 ,加强对产品结构高度尺寸的控制尤为重要。
