摘要
介绍了旋转机械振动数据管理及咨询系统的结构、性能、特点及应用等方面的情况 .本系统能够实现对机组台帐、机组历史故障、历史振动量、动平衡数据及文档信息等的管理和查询 ,能实现对振动量的分析和机组振动趋势的查询 .对工程人员长期检测记录的振动数据进行整理和合理的二次加工、处理 ,以统一的格式进行计算机管理 ,建立了一种振动数据管理的新模式 ,实现对振动数据的标准化管理 。
This paper describes the configuration, performance and characteristics of the management and consulting System for vibration data of rotating machines. The system has the performance of management and query of the set information, history failure record, history vibration data record, dynamic balance data record and document record of rotating machines. On the basis of these data we can find out the vibration trend of a rotating machine to seek after a standard management mode of vibration data to provide the information flat for device management and failure inspection.
