摘要
为了能够提高活塞压缩机故障诊断的有效性和准确性,利用粗糙集理论和小波能量谱理论相结合的方法,对活塞式压缩机进行故障诊断研究。建立了活塞压缩机的粗糙集故障诊断理论模型。给出了活塞式压缩机故障诊断的步骤。根据活塞式故障的特点,制定了活塞式压缩机的故障诊断的计算机算法。通过现场应用,验证了该方法的鲁棒性。
In order to improve the effectiveness and correctness of the diagnostic technique, the method that combining the rough set theory and wavelet energy spectrum theory was used to diagnose the fault of the piston compressor. The rough set diagnostic theory model was established. The steps of diagnostic for piston compressor were given, then the computer algorithm of fault diagnosis was founded. This method was applied on site, the robustness of the method was verified.
