摘要
在PUMA 5 6 2型机器人上开发了模具曲面自动抛光实验系统 ,分析了三维模具曲面抛光过程中影响抛光效果的主要工艺参数 ,提出以等效半径来表征抛光工具与模具曲面的空间相对位置 ,并利用多元线性回归和正交实验的方法建立了模具曲面抛光工艺过程的模型 .仿真和实验结果表明该模型综合反映了抛光工艺参数对抛光效果的影响规律 。
An automatic polishing system is developed on robot with model PUMA 562 in this paper. The process parameters in polishing mold free form surfaces are analyzed and the equivalent radius is utilized to describe the relative position between the tool and the surface. A process model is presented by the multi variable linear regression and Taguchi Method. The experimental results agree with the simulations showing that the presented model can reflect the influence of the process parameters on the polishing results, and the model provides the foundation for the development of intelligent mold polishing system.
