摘要
文章提出一类具有1,2,3转动自由度的转动关节,此类关节采用带导向的液压缸或电动推杆作为驱动元件。介绍了转动关节的基本结构和工作原理,给出了以转动关节为基础的三坐标数控铣床的曲面抛磨装置。建立了单自由度关节的角位移与驱动元件伸长量间的数学表达式,并根据示例完成了单自由度关节设计计算。
An original turning joints with 1, 2, 3 degrees of freedom is introduced. These turning joints are driven by hydraulic cylinders with guide or electric cylinders. The structure and principle of these joints are described. The polishing and grinding for curved face device is given based on these turning joints, of numerical control milling machine with three linear coordinates. The mathematical expression between angular displacement of these joints and linear displacement of power units is established and the calculation of dimensions is further given from a demonstration of turning joint with one degree of freedom.
