摘要
在思想政治教育实践中,积极活动着的显性主体实际上受到一定社会对人们思想政治素质的需要即“隐性主体”的支配和制约,“隐性主体”作为显性主体实践的根本依据和行为尺度,贯穿于思想政治教育实践的始终,并表现出相应的主体功能和特征。从思想政治教育主客体关系的生成、教育过程和教育效果评估三重视角分析“隐性主体”的存在与作用,并对思想政治教育“隐性主体”概念及研究“隐性主体”问题的理论与实践价值进行探讨,有利于加强思想政治教育主体队伍建设,增进思想政治教育实效。
In the ideological and political education practice, active visible subjects are actually constrained and dominated by the social need of people's ideological and political qualities, i. e., 'invisible subjects'. As the basis and behavior criterion for visible subjects' practice, the concept of' invisible subjects' penetrates in- to the whole ideological and political education and embodies some correspondent functions and features of visi- ble subjects. From the triple perspective of the formation of the relationship between subjects and objects, e- valuation process and evaluation of educational effects, both an analysis of the existence and the role of 'invisi- ble subjects' and a probe into the concept of 'invisible subjects' as well as the theoretical and practical values of 'invisible subjects' help to strengthen the construction of subjects' battalions in the ideological and political education and to improve the actual effects of the ideological and political education.
