摘要
将 8 1例不稳定性心绞痛病人分为治疗组和对照组 ,在采用相同常规治疗的基础上 ,对照组加用GIK极化液 ,治疗组静滴生脉注射液。经近 1年临床观察 ,发现生脉注射液能有效的控制心绞痛发作 ,缓解临床症状 ,控制心律失常 ,减少心肌耗氧量 ,改善心肌对缺血性损伤的耐受力 ,降低血液粘稠度 。
The 81 patients suffering from unstable angina pectoris were divided into treatment group and control group. On the basis of routine treatment, the control group was given CIK polarized liquid and the treatment group Sheng Mai Injection via intravenous drips. After nearly one year of clinical observation, the author discovered that this injection can effectively control the onset of angina pectoris, relieve the clinical symptoms, control arrhythmia, lessen oxygen consumption of myocardium, improve the tolerance of ischemic injury, decrease blood viscosity and prevent myocardiac infarction.
