摘要
目的：对盐酸左旋氧氟沙星注射液的处方和制备工艺进行了研究。方法：采用紫外分光光度法测定制剂中盐酸左旋氧氟沙星含量，用HPLC法测定有关物质，并进行了定性及卫生学等项检查。结果：本研究研制的盐酸左旋氧氟沙星注射液，制备工艺简单，含量测定快迅、准确。结论：该制备工艺可用于常规制备盐酸左旋氧氟沙星注射液。
Objective: The prescription and the procedure of preparing the levofloxacine hydrochloride injection was studied. Methods: The levofloxacine hydrochloride content of the preparation was determined by ultraviolet-spectrophotometer. The related-material was measured by HPLC. The qualitative analysis and hygienical examination were done too. Results: All this show the procedure of preparation is simple,and the quantitative determination is quick and accurate. Conclusion: The results indicated that the procedure can be used to prepare the levofloxacing hydrochloride injecton as a rule.
