摘要
“数字地球”是当今科技发展的至高点 ,将推动整个社会经济的更大发展 .对“数字地球”的内涵、结构及其关键技术作了论述 ,并对“数字地球”的前沿技术——赛伯空间和万维网地理信息系统进行了分析 ,最后对“数字地球”对资源与环境管理、城市信息服务、社会经济发展等的深刻影响作了展望 .
As a technological high point,digital earth will promote social and economic development.The implication,structure and key techniques of the digltal earth are described.Advanced technologies of the digital earth,especially Cyberspace and WebGIS are thoroughly analyzed.The prospect of Digital Earth in resource and environment management,urban information service and social and economic development is also discussed.
