Optimum extractive technology of total flavonoids from traditional Mongolian medicine herba euphorbiae humifusae was studied with orthogonal test here four factors.The results showed that optimum extractive technology of coarse powder of herba euphorbiae humifusae was adding eight times volume of 75% alcohol and immersing 12 h,and then reflux extracting 1h and extracting 2 times.
