摘要
目的 观察氦氖激光血管内照射 (ILIB)对慢性肺心病呼吸衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法采用氦氖激光进行肘正中静脉或贵要静脉内照射治疗 5 0例慢性肺心病呼吸衰竭患者 ,每日 1次 ,每次 5 0min ,连用 10d为 1个疗程。结果 治疗后PaO2 平均上升 (16 .5± 2 .8)mmHg(1mmHg =0 .133kPa) ,PaCO2 平均下降 (13.8± 3.6 )mmHg ,红细胞压积平均下降 (8.1± 1.5 ) %。结论 ILIB治疗慢性肺心病呼吸衰竭患者 ,有改善缺氧和二氧化碳潴留 。
Objective To investigate the effect of intravascular He-Ne laser irradiation on blood(ILIB) on patients with chronic cor pulmonale associated with respiratory failure.Methods 50 senile patients with acute episode of chronic cor pulmonale were treated with type-400A He-Ne Laser therapeutc instrument(made in Guangzhou).The laser was irradiated to venae basilica,50min/per time,once a day for ten days(one course).Results After ILIB treatment,PaO 2 increased (16.52±2.8)mm Hg(1 mm Hg= 0.133 kPa) ;PaCO 2 decreased(13.8±3.6)mm Hg and hematocrit reduced (8.1±1.5)% averagely.Conclusion It is shown that ILIB may improve the retention of CO 2 and hypoxia,microcirculation,and decrease blood viscosity for chronic cor pulmonale patients.
