摘要
目的 探讨一氧化氮(NO)在氦氖激光血管内照射(ILIB) 治疗冠心病中的作用。方法ILIB组40 例冠心病患者接受药物治疗+ ILIB治疗,对照组40 例冠心病患者单用药物治疗。分别测定治疗前、治疗2 小时后、20 天后的血浆NO、内皮素- 1(ET-1)、过氧化脂质(LPO)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 含量。结果 ILIB 治疗2 小时后ILIB 组NO 较对照组增高,分别为(20.2 ±2 .7)μmol/L,(16 .9±2 .9)μmol/L( P< 0.05) ,而ET- 1 、LPO、SOD 无明显变化( P> 0.05) ,20 天后ILIB 组NO、SOD较对照组显著增高( P< 0.01) ,ET- 1、LPO 较对照组显著降低( P< 0 .01) 。结论 ILIB对冠心病的治疗可能与NO 合成有关。NO 增加可能在SOD含量增加与ET-1 、LPO 减少中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation on level of nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1),lipid peroxide(LPO) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) of coronary heart disease(CHD) patients.Methods 40 patients with CHD were treated with He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation and cardiovascular medications as experiment group.Another 40 cases were only treated by the cardiovascular drugs as control group.The level of NO、ET-1、LPO and SOD was respectively determined before treatment and after 2h or 20 days of treatment.Results After 2h of treatment,the NO level of experiment group was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05);ET-1、LPO and SOD in both groups were not difference(P>0.05).After 20 days,the NO and SOD level of experiment group was markedly higher than the control group(P<0.01);the ET-1 and LPO were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion It is showed that the effect of He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation on CHD might be related to the increase of NO synthesis.It appears that NO may result in SOD increment and ET-1,LPO reduction.
